Visitor's Guide to Koh Tao (Ko Tao)

Articles and information about Koh Tao, a Thai island also known as Ko Tao and Tao Island. It is located about 45 kilometers north of Koh Phangan, in the Surat Thani Province in the lower southern region of Thailand. It is most well-known for issueing more PADI scuba diving certifications then almost any other location in the world (second only to Cairns Australia) and for its dive spots that are shallow enough to be safe for beginning divers.
